È già trascorso un anno e mezzo da quando la studentessa Ilaria Lamera ha dato il via al movimento che sarebbe stato raccontato dai media come “Tende in Piazza“, piantando la sua tenda nel campus del Politecnico di Milano. Il suo gesto, accolto dagli studenti di tutta Italia, aveva contribuito a intavolare un dialogo con le istituzioni in merito ad una tematica fino ad allora poco discussa, ma con un impatto rilevante sulla vita dei cittadini milanesi: il caro affitti. Una delle pratiche attualmente in sperimentazione è quella danese del co-living, che è ora arrivata anche a Milano.
